Kelly's BOOT CAMP

Kelly's BOOT CAMP is an 8 or 12 week fitness challenge of your choosing to build your confidence and self-esteem while enhancing your total body composition. You will endure a physical training program combining interval training, running, circuit drills, and various exercises incorporating free weights and fitness equipment. This program will increase cardio efficiency, metabolism, strength, flexibility and endurance while improving your overall fitness level. Each individual works at his/her own fitness capacity and no man is ever left behind.

"Let me start by saying that I have been heavy the majority of my life. I have tried every yo-yo diet you can imagine, usually with no results. I've always been good about planning my next magical diet fix & I'm even better at sabatoging all of my efforts. Exercising was never a part of these diets because it hurts & isn't my idea of fun! I was also a Master of hiding my true feelings about myself thru "fat-jokes"! When I started this program I had every intention of adding this to my list of "Things that don't work for Angie". What I didn't realize was after the 1st week I started to look forward to working out & coming up w/new ideas for meals, learning about portion control and reading labels! As the weeks continued, I have grown leaps & bounds! I never imagined that I would go from walking a mile in an hour to running 3 miles in an hour! This truly has been the hardest thing that I have ever done, & I'm amazed daily at my new found determination. I have learned that even if you don't have a good support system behind you, all you need is BELIEF in YOURSELF! I know that I'm only at the beginning of this new adventure & what has changed in me is the drive & excitement of discovering this whole new person within me that I NEVER new existed!
